David Oliver
David Oliver has been practicing Disability Law Since 1992 and taught Social Security Disability Law Practice at Harvard Law School for four years. During this time, he has helped more than 14,000 claimants win their disability claims and gain access to the disability benefits they need and deserve.
David is committed to assisting the ill, injured and disabled in Western Washington and throughout the United States, with a focus on the West Coast. David has been helping the disabled for more than 30 years and his commitment grows stronger with every man, woman and child that he assists to obtain Social Security Disability, SSI or VA disability benefits. David is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives.
Sydney Oliver: Business Manager
Sydney has been David’s partner since the early 1990s. She has a BA in business management. She has been a globe trotter since her youth, living in Turkey, Germany and France, and has settled now in beautiful Pacific Northwest. She believes in social justice and her work with the disabled is grounded in this core belief. She speaks three languages and when not working she can be found bicycling, reading and traveling to distant shores.
Egypt Rose: Paralegal
Egypt was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area. Altruistic by nature, enjoys helping and caring for people. Because of her compassionate nature she started her career as a dental assistant, then thanks to a twist of fate she had an opportunity to assist a lawyer in her work. She fell in love with the legal profession, and she is now able to fulfill her ambition of working in Social Security Disability and VA Disability law. She is very happy and feels incredibly thankful to help clients to obtain their Social Security and VA Disability benefits.
Robyn Warner: Paralegal
Robyn Warner has been working in the legal field for over 15 years. She has worked both in the private sector and government sectors of the legal field, having worked lately for the Social Security Administration Office of Adjudicated Hearings as a Verbatim Hearings Recorder. She loves to spend time with her family doing outdoor activities, crocheting, quilting, and cooking.
Deniz Oliver J.D.
Deniz Oliver has been working with David Oliver & Associates since 2015. Having graduated from Law School in 2019, Deniz is proud to work with a team which ensures that every person receives the Social Security Disability, SSI Disability, and VA benefits they deserve.
